Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your latex foam pillow purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery, no questions asked, and no cost to you. We want to make the return process as convenient as possible for you, so please review the following guidelines.

Eligibility for Returns:

The return period of 30 days starts from the date the product is delivered to you.
The item must be in its original condition, including all packaging materials, tags, and labels. Damaged or altered pillows may not be eligible for returns.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@manolosleep.com within the 30-day return period. We'll guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, as well as a shipping label.
- Ensure that the product is securely packed in its original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent any damage during transit.
- Affix the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item back to us using the designated shipping service shown on the shipping label we provide.


Refund or Exchange:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
- If you choose a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- In the case of an exchange, we will send you the new item once we receive the returned product.


Exceptions:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of pillows that show signs of having been used without the provided protective cover.

Damaged or Defective Products:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective pillow, please contact us at contact@manolosleep.com immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly, either through a replacement or refund.
