Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous states in the United States of America (excluding residents of Alaska, Hawaii, overseas military installations, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Territories).
How long does shipping take?
The majority of our orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days, sometimes less and rarely more. If it’s been over 7 business days and you haven’t received your order, email us at contact@manolosleep.com and we will investigate and make sure you get your package.
I put in the wrong address, what do I do?
E-mail us as soon as possible at contact@manolosleep.com. We’ll try our best to fix it. Please keep in mind:

If your order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, we should be able to correct your shipping address. If your order has already left our facility, we unfortunately won’t be able to help you change the shipping address. Please contact the courier directly to update the address.
Are your latex pillows natural?
Yes, our pillows are 100% natural latex made using the Talalay method which provides a luxurious buoyant feel. The plush foam gently supports your head and neck for proper spinal alignment, relieving tension and promoting the deep, restful sleep your body is craving.
Are your pillows manufactured in the United States?
Yes, our pillows are manufactured in the United States. While we have operations across the US, the majority of the pillow is manufactured in Connecticut.
Why does the pillow have a peculiar scent when I open the package?
New latex foam tends to have a slight scent as a result of the production process. It’s nothing to worry about and the scent goes away naturally after a day or two. You can also reduce the scent by tossing the pillow in the dryer on low heat for an hour or two with a dryer sheet. Keep in mind that the new foam scent is not harmful, as it’s a completely natural effect of the talalay latex manufacturing process.
Are your pillow covers washable?
Yes. All of our pillow covers are removable and washable. Simply remove the cover, wash on your most gentle machine setting, and then tumble dry low or lay flat to dry.

We have a 30 day, no-hassle return policy for all of our pillows. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, feel free to email us at contact@manolosleep.com. We'll send you a pre-paid return label for a free, easy return. Once we receive your returned order, we'll issue you a full refund within 2 business days to the form of payment you made your purchase with.
